• Own Veriff’s messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, and vertical levels

• Own Veriff’s brand platform (positioning, narrative, visual identity, and voice) and ensure it is applied consistently across every customer, partner, and employee touchpoint
• Own Veriff's brand architecture and messaging framework across corporate, product, and solution marketing.
• Translate our trust infrastructure positioning into a clear, differentiated market narrative that sets us apart in a crowded identity verification landscape
• Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to evolve the narrative as our portfolio and category expand

• Architecting a Multi-Product Engine: Shift from a single-product tool to a self-serve platform for 10+ services, building the billing and configuration logic that allows any customer to go live without manual intervention.
• Balancing Enterprise & Scale: You’ll solve the tension between bespoke "whale" account requirements and a high-volume self-serve funnel, designing abstractions that satisfy complex SLAs without sacrificing platform speed.
• Modernizing while Shipping: You will strategically rebuild 6-year-old legacy systems—specifically our high-traffic session list and decision profiles—ensuring our core infrastructure stays as modern as the new features we ship.

Technical Account Manager

• Coordinating cross-functional technical projects, managing timelines, resources, and dependencies, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and project goals are met
• Serving as a liaison between Account Managers in GTM, Solutions Engineering and Product teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and timelines for customer onboarding and go lives

• Lead, grow, and develop a Fraud Countermeasures team that ships high-impact fraud rules at pace by nurturing a team culture of accountability, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate raw threat intel into a focused detection strategy, aligning the team’s backlog with the Fraud Platform’s north-star metrics.
• Own end-to-end delivery—plan sprints, remove blockers, and help team ship countermeasures in hours, not weeks, while communicating crisp updates to execs and the wider company.
• Champion tooling and process upgrades—automate intel ingestion, detection testing, and rule deployment—so the team scales faster than the fraud landscape.

Fraud Countermeasure Team Lead – Fraud Platform

• Investigating and analyzing cases of suspected fraud affecting Veriff’s customers.
• Monitoring, inspecting, and validating fraud strategy outcomes to ensure they meet compliance standards.
• Developing new countermeasures and strategies to address emerging fraud patterns while minimizing false positives and negatives.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to communicate findings, propose improvements, and ensure product readiness.

Fraud Countermeasure Specialist

Technical Product Manager

• Own the product end to end. Take primary ownership of Biometric Authentication: strategy, roadmap, and execution — across a cross-functional squad of ML, engineering, and design.
• Own a commercial metric. Pick up a revenue, adoption, or conversion metric, diagnose the gap, and design the customer research and process changes to close it alongside sales and GTM.
• Make decisions at scale. Reason about trade-offs in cost, conversion, and latency against live enterprise contracts, in real production conditions, on a regular basis.
• Run a tight customer-feedback loop. Turn enterprise customer feedback into a prioritized, defensible roadmap.
