Chief Marketing Officer

• Own Veriff’s messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, and vertical levels
• Translate technical differentiation into clear, buyer-facing value that resonates with enterprise customers
• Ensure consistency across sales conversations, content, and market-facing communications
• Define ICPs, personas, and jobs-to-be-done that are actionable for Sales and Marketing
• Own the strategy and output for sales enablement, with a clear focus on improving win rates and deal velocity
• Build and maintain a focused, high-impact content set: core pitch, vertical narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on priorities and continuously improve what’s used in the field

• Partner with Product to ensure commercial readiness including packaging, pricing input, and sales readiness

Head of Product Marketing

• Own Veriff’s brand platform (positioning, narrative, visual identity, and voice) and ensure it is applied consistently across every customer, partner, and employee touchpoint
• Own Veriff's brand architecture and messaging framework across corporate, product, and solution marketing.
• Translate our trust infrastructure positioning into a clear, differentiated market narrative that sets us apart in a crowded identity verification landscape
• Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to evolve the narrative as our portfolio and category expand
• Lead category-building initiatives that position Veriff as a leader in digital trust
• Build and own a content strategy that serves both pipeline and brand goals with efficient and transparent data reporting
• Develop a content engine that equips Sales with high-impact, credible materials for priority accounts and deals while establishing Veriff as the authority in identity and trust
• Oversee the development of customer stories, thought leadership, solution messaging, sales content, and digital experiences that establish Veriff as the category leader.

Head of Brand – Corporate Marketing

Full-stack Engineer

• Designing, developing, and maintaining our iOS SDK using Swift, ensuring high performance, security, and usability
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Addressing challenges related to performance and compatibility across a wide range of devices and network conditions
• Implementing and improving testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing
• Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring other engineers
• Identifying and advocating for new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency and product quality

Senior iOS Engineer

Implementation Specialist

• Architecting a Multi-Product Engine: Shift from a single-product tool to a self-serve platform for 10+ services, building the billing and configuration logic that allows any customer to go live without manual intervention.
• Balancing Enterprise & Scale: You’ll solve the tension between bespoke "whale" account requirements and a high-volume self-serve funnel, designing abstractions that satisfy complex SLAs without sacrificing platform speed.
• Modernizing while Shipping: You will strategically rebuild 6-year-old legacy systems—specifically our high-traffic session list and decision profiles—ensuring our core infrastructure stays as modern as the new features we ship.
• Engineering Cross-Team Alignment: As the entry point for Identity, Fraud, and Trust teams, you’ll coordinate how their products live in the portal, ensuring architectural consistency and code quality across the entire portfolio.
• Amplifying Delivery with AI: You’ll help the team scale beyond its headcount by championing AI-enhanced workflows, turning "big ambitions" into reality through smarter automation and iterative, independent delivery.

Senior Software Engineer, Customer Portal

• Owning the design and evolution of the architecture for a strategically critical product area, making the calls that shape scalability, security, and maintainability for years
• Leading transformational architecture work: real-time matching at scale, resilient event-driven services, and the CI/CD and observability foundations that make them dependable
• Setting and raising engineering standards, and mentoring and growing the engineers around you
• Partnering closely with other engineers, ML data scientists, and specialists to turn complex identity problems into working products, and driving cross-functional alignment with product and dependency teams
• Building scalable, maintainable APIs and event-driven services that other teams and external customers depend on

Senior Software Engineer, Biometric Authentication

Technical Account Manager

• Coordinating cross-functional technical projects, managing timelines, resources, and dependencies, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and project goals are met
• Serving as a liaison between Account Managers in GTM, Solutions Engineering and Product teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and timelines for customer onboarding and go lives
• Creating and maintaining project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and critical paths for both customers and internal teams
• Facilitating communication between Account Management and Product, track action items resulting from customer engagements and escalations, as well as support preparation and delivery of customer communications
• Working closely with the GTM and Product teams to ensure all necessary technical deliverables for the customer, including documentation, integrations, and testing, are completed on time
• Working with our large, enterprise customers to set and achieve clear project milestones, supporting their onboarding, growth, performance optimization, and overall success with Veriff's solutions
• Maintaining project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk logs, including providing regular status updates to leadership.

Senior Technical Account Manager

• Lead, grow, and develop a Fraud Countermeasures team that ships high-impact fraud rules at pace by nurturing a team culture of accountability, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate raw threat intel into a focused detection strategy, aligning the team’s backlog with the Fraud Platform’s north-star metrics.
• Own end-to-end delivery—plan sprints, remove blockers, and help team ship countermeasures in hours, not weeks, while communicating crisp updates to execs and the wider company.
• Champion tooling and process upgrades—automate intel ingestion, detection testing, and rule deployment—so the team scales faster than the fraud landscape.
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering stakeholders to craft a long-term vision for proactive detection and inspire the team to chase it independently.
• Contribute to Veriff’s global fraud risk posture reinforcement.
• Foster a red-team mindset: treat every missed fraud case as a controlled breach, and drive cross-functional squads to hunt, replicate, and shut down attacks faster than they can scale.
