Account Manager

• Managing a portfolio of accounts primarily based in EMEA
• Build and strengthen executive and operational relationships within customer organizations.
• Ensure growth in customer product utilization, adoption, and retention.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, from developers to executives.
• Ensure the timely, successful delivery of Veriff services across all stages of the customer journey.

Account Manager – EMEA

Analytics Engineer

• Design clean, reusable data models that unlock operational insights and power data-driven tools
• Build and maintain sustainable dbt models aligned with business logic and stakeholder workflows
• Own model development for core operational and customer-facing analytics use cases
• Support the self-service tooling initiative by building reliable, permissioned data foundations
• Translate complex raw datasets into clear, documented, analyst-ready structures
• Define and enforce modeling and documentation standards across the Data Insights team
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Data Engineers to deliver full-stack data solutions
• Contribute to long-term improvements in data governance, observability, and testing
• Reduce single points of failure by distributing model ownership and formalizing critical assets

Engineering Manager

• Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing engineering team responsible for core digital identity and registry infrastructure, including digital document ingestion, credential exchange, consent and security, and biometric validation where required.
• Define the team’s structure and evolution as it scales, introducing clear processes and scalable execution practices.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of digital ID and registry products, from integrations and orchestration into our identity platform to user experience, ensuring performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance from idea to measurable outcomes.
• Partner with product leadership on strategy for coverage, adoption, prioritization, and pricing of digital ID and registry methods, shaping roadmap, technical architecture, and go-to-market readiness.
• Drive initiatives that bring critical integrations, orchestration, and verification logic in-house, reducing third-party dependencies and increasing control over performance and innovation.
• Ensure operational excellence, observability, and robustness across all systems under your team’s ownership.
• Build a team culture centered on trust, technical curiosity, and high-quality execution.
• Mentor engineers, providing feedback and support for long-term growth.

• Empowering Internal Operations, including Verification Operations and QA leadership with dashboards, alerts, and decision-ready insights
• Define and monitor KPIs that capture efficiency, quality, and throughput across verification workflows
• Identifying performance bottlenecks, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Designing proactive analyses that support SLA adherence
• Building self-serve analytics capabilities and defining scalable, trusted operational metrics used across the company
• Onboarding and coaching stakeholders in data fluency across non-analyst roles
• Representing the analytical voice in cross-functional operations initiatives
• Own dashboards that track real-time and historical performance (e.g. queue size, verification time, failure rates)
• Conduct deep dives into key issues (e.g. error spikes, customer service performance, session time)
• Collaborate with Verification and QA Leads to build scalable, actionable reporting structures
• Create alerting systems to flag anomalies early and ensure SLA risks are escalated promptly
• Ensure high data quality and consistency in metric definitions across tools and teams
• Partner with Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers to enhance internal BI infrastructure

🎯 Requisitos

• Have 4+ years of experience in analytics
• Are highly skilled in SQL and have a working knowledge of Python, with a strong drive to grow further
• Can turn analytical complexity into clarity — visually and verbally (e.g. in Tableau)
• Know how to align data initiatives with stakeholder needs and operational outcomes
• Have a track record of proactive problem-solving, not just reactive reporting
• Thrive in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments
• Bring empathy, curiosity, and a user-focused mindset to cross-functional collaboration
