Executive Assistant

• Manage sophisticated calendars, inbox triage, and complex domestic/international travel across US and European time zones.
• Coordinate board meetings, monthly business reviews, and offsites—including agendas, briefing materials, and action-item tracking.
• Draft and proofread executive-level communications; serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.

• Own SDK implementation work for our End-User flows: tier 1 customers’ customizations, vertical enablement, portfolio teams requests
• Strategic Prioritization: Act as the primary point of contact for Portfolio PMs and Product Leaders to align our Verticals and Tier 1 customer requests with Veriff’s overarching revenue goals and product roadmap.

• Own the full product lifecycle: define vision and multi-year roadmap, prioritize features, ship, measure, and iterate for the database verifications platform.
• Lead vendor strategy and orchestration: evaluate, integrate, and optimize routing across 10+ premium data providers to maximize success rates, minimize cost, and ensure global coverage.
