About the role

  • Leading, building, and developing the sales organization
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive adoption of Afirma
  • Coordinating with medical and marketing teams to develop education and marketing materials
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments
  • Monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of related experience in diagnostics, life sciences, or pharma
  • At least 10 years of previous sales leadership experience in healthcare
  • Experience in molecular diagnostic tests or similar experience in device/pharma
  • Strong clinical acumen and understanding of complex healthcare systems
  • Extensive experience in recruiting and hiring top talent
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
