About the role
- Leading, building, and developing the sales organization
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive adoption of Afirma
- Coordinating with medical and marketing teams to develop education and marketing materials
- Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments
- Monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and feedback
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- At least 15 years of related experience in diagnostics, life sciences, or pharma
- At least 10 years of previous sales leadership experience in healthcare
- Experience in molecular diagnostic tests or similar experience in device/pharma
- Strong clinical acumen and understanding of complex healthcare systems
- Extensive experience in recruiting and hiring top talent
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
