• Partner closely with Reimbursement Operations leaders to understand business challenges, define analytical needs, and deliver data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to quantify operational performance, identify trends, surface risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Work extensively with Python, R, SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyze and visualize data.
