Key responsibilities & impact

Design end-to-end user experiences across portal and internal workflows
Transform report designs from the Adobe Creative suite into responsive HTML/CSS templates
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that aligned with brand guidelines using Figma
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Care and Engineering to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development
Define and maintain reusable design components
Document user flows, interaction patterns, and design specifications for development and QA
Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve usability and experience quality
Lead UX design efforts for complex projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise or customer-facing applications
Strong proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar design tools)
Experienced designing within Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning Experience)
Proven ability to design for multiple personas and workflows across patient and provider ordering experiences
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
Proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive design
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Collaboration with Corporate Digital Marketing for branding initiatives
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
