About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design end-to-end user experiences across portal and internal workflows
  • Transform report designs from the Adobe Creative suite into responsive HTML/CSS templates
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that aligned with brand guidelines using Figma
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Care and Engineering to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development
  • Define and maintain reusable design components
  • Document user flows, interaction patterns, and design specifications for development and QA
  • Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve usability and experience quality
  • Lead UX design efforts for complex projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise or customer-facing applications
  • Strong proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar design tools)
  • Experienced designing within Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning Experience)
  • Proven ability to design for multiple personas and workflows across patient and provider ordering experiences
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive design
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Collaboration with Corporate Digital Marketing for branding initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
