About the role
- Serve as a link between global Operations & Supply strategy and divisions/plants
- Lead the Global Strategy & Operations Analytics network to deliver strategy execution at plant level
- Drive annual strategy deployment across Divisions and Production Companies in collaboration with Strategy & PMO and local specialists
- Develop framework and methods for long-term plant strategy plans
- Identify opportunities, conduct business analysis, and support project execution for cost and operational improvements
- Develop and drive roadmap for methods and tools for operations analytics
- Perform gap analysis in Operations tool landscape and conceptualize approaches including visualization and detailed descriptions
- Drive implementation of new approaches and global roll-out
- Foster a data-driven culture and promote strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across functions and geographies and communicate with stakeholders from shop floor to executive leadership
- Embrace and lead change while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements
- A holistic understanding of business with an innovative, challenge-the-status-quo mindset
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and production processes
- Advanced business analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in project management and strategic planning
- Experience leading or coordinating global strategy and operations networks
- Experience with operations analytics methods, tools, visualization and gap analysis
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–50 days per year
