- The role leads knowledge management, customer education, enablement, and communications governance using AI-powered systems to drive adoption, compliance, and client success.
- You will design and run a strategic function blending knowledge management, customer education, enablement, and governance with AI-powered systems.
- Own AI-enhanced global knowledge management, knowledge base, governance, and multilingual capabilities; partner with Product, Engineering, Legal to productize data; establish governance; etc.
- Build AI-informed customer education program with webinars, multilingual guides, videos, docs, adaptive learning paths.
- Lead onboarding and enablement for all operational teams, align education, launch events.
- Define governance for client communications, templates, multilingual, on-brand messages.
- Success measures: AI-powered search reduces time-to-answer; adoption; ramp; consistent communications.

Requirements
- 8–10+ years in knowledge management, enablement, customer education, and L&D ideally in high-growth SaaS, HR tech, or compliance-heavy industries. WeCre%92re especially interested in meeting you if your expertise spans both the knowledge and the enablement functions.
- Proven track record implementing KMS tools with AI or automation features.
- Experience managing global or highly regulated knowledge environments.
- Expertise in instructional design, content governance, and adaptive learning systems.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in metrics, analytics, and AI-assisted decision-making.
