Claims Operations Associate

Sales Operations Manager

• Support the weekly forecast process end-to-end, partnering with Sales leadership to deliver accurate, data-driven pipeline reviews
• Build and maintain pipeline health dashboards that surface risk, velocity trends, and conversion benchmarks
• Develop and enforce pipeline hygiene standards across the sales team in Salesforce
• Define, document, and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through close
• Partner with Sales Enablement to translate process improvements into rep-facing playbooks and training materials
• Identify bottlenecks and drop-off points in the funnel and design experiments to address them
• Lead annual and mid-year territory design and quota-setting processes in collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership
• Build models to analyze rep capacity, market coverage, and attainment fairness
• Maintain and iterate on compensation plan documentation and quota tracking
• Build and own the Sales team's core reporting layer
• Create executive-facing dashboards on ARR, win/loss, ramp, and rep performance

• Serve as the Salesforce administrator support — managing objects, flows, validation rules, and user permissions
• Define and enforce data quality standards across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities
• Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure clean handoffs and accurate attribution in the CRM
• Serve as the operational point of contact for complex or non-standard deals, working with Sales, Legal, and Finance
• Own and improve the CPQ configuration, ensuring pricing accuracy and approval workflows are running smoothly
• Track and analyze discounting trends and deal structure patterns to inform pricing strategy

• Review coverage and damage analysis
• Review and provide input on liability decisions and recovery opportunities

Account Executive

• Own Enterprise Sales Cycles: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close, navigating multiple stakeholders, managing long sales cycles, and negotiating enterprise agreements.
• Build the GTM Playbook: Help define our messaging, sales process, and customer engagement strategy as we continue to scale.
• Influence the Product Roadmap: Be the voice of prospects, customers and partners back to Product, Engineering, and Ops. Your conversations in the field should shape our roadmap.
• Represent Vega: Show up at industry conferences, executive seminars, client meetings, and key associations as a credible, senior face of the company
• Build Behind You: Develop the playbooks and mentorship structures that turn your individual success into a repeatable growth engine as the team grows

Enterprise Account Executive

Technical Account Manager

• Be the technical and security authority customers trust
• Own the post-sales technical and security relationship for a portfolio of customers, acting as their primary trusted advisor.
• Lead onboarding and implementation, data indexing, detection onboarding and tuning, environment configuration, end to end.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across log pipelines, cloud integrations, detections, automations and permissions.
• Partner directly with customer security teams, cloud engineers, and security leadership during investigations and escalations.
• Drive real adoption, not just go-lives.
• Conduct technical health checks and lead business reviews with a bias toward action.
• Monitor customer health proactively, identify risks early, and intervene before they become problems.
• Help customers unlock the full value of Vega, not just check a deployment box.
