About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review coverage and damage analysis
- Review and provide input on liability decisions and recovery opportunities
- Collaborate with the members of the Claims and Claims leadership team
- Provide recommendations on settlement negotiations and recovery litigation management
- Utilize data available to drive focus on claim trends
- Handle special projects or additional duties assigned related to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of experience in auto and/or transportation claim adjudication
- At least 3 years of exclusive insurance recovery and subrogation experience
- Active adjusters license in home or designated home state
- Consistently exceeds targets including, but not limited to, cycle time and recovery rates
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself
- Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions and results
- Strong collaborator with team members based across the country and the world
- College degree or minimum of 8-years of claims experience with an emphasis in auto claims and/or claims recovery
- Successfully able to work in high-growth & ambiguous start-up environments
