Solutions Engineer

• Partner with customers to understand their cloud environments and cost-management goals, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers’ engineering, FinOps, and finance stakeholders
• Design and implement scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies across complex environments, including multi-cloud and Kubernetes
• Support technical onboarding for complex accounts, partnering closely with Customer Success on advanced use cases
• Debug and resolve data ingestion, tagging, and reporting issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering
• Build custom solutions, queries, and workflows using Vantage’s APIs, exports, and integrations to unblock customer needs
• Surface recurring customer pain points and edge cases to Product and Engineering, contributing to internal tooling, documentation, and repeatable implementation patterns

Solutions Architect

Accounting Manager

• Own the full-cycle accounting function including accounts payable and receivable
• Execute month-end close processes and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare financial statements with supporting schedules and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain documentation
• Manage and optimize QuickBooks system and evaluate new ERP systems
• Develop and implement scalable accounting processes and controls
• Collaborate on revenue recognition and subscription billing matters
• Support financial planning and analysis with historical financial data

• Translate product innovation and roadmap updates into clear, outcome-driven value stories that drive measurable adoption.
• Turn real customer experiences and usage patterns into compelling proof that strengthens Vantage’s broader market narrative.
• Identify adoption gaps and proactively recommend initiatives that increase product usage and customer satisfaction.
• Develop executive-ready customer narratives, case studies, and advocacy stories grounded in measurable impact.
• Shape messaging and materials that help retailers communicate value internally and grow their supplier ecosystems.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Account teams to align messaging with real-world customer usage and value.
• Collaborate with Comms to ensure customer proof reinforces the market-facing narrative and thought leadership.
• Partner with Digital Marketing to activate and distribute customer stories across web and campaign channels.
• Shape product and customer value narratives for Retail Advisory Council engagements, and translate insights into messaging refinements, adoption initiatives, and advocacy opportunities.
• Continuously surface patterns across customer feedback and market signals, recommending initiatives that accelerate adoption and advocacy.

Product and Customer Marketing Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Develop, lead and execute the vision and strategy for customer growth and retention
• Maintain best in class Gross Revenue Retention Rates and Net Dollar Retention
• Mentor and cultivate a high performing team. Expect to lead from the front, rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds when needed
• Act as an executive liaison (in partnership with our cofounders if needed) to Enterprise customers
• Anticipate changes and scale of the post sales motion in relation to growth of our business. Effectively drive changes and required communication across the organization
