Intelligently research and identify new prospective customers and target opportunities for Vantaca.
Prospect and connect with prospective customers (phone, email, social media, etc.) to establish initial contact and identify potential opportunities.
Arrange follow-up discussions and handoffs with Vantaca’s Sales Team for further qualification.
Work collaboratively with BD team members, marketing, and customer success to improve lead flow into the new business process.
Leverage the CRM system and calendar to plan and execute weekly and monthly objectives and accurately record outreach activities.
Operate effectively in a virtual sales environment, appearing professional online and over the phone.
Continuously improve knowledge of the marketplace, prospective customers, and competitors and provide feedback to the BD team.
Hunter-focused, outbound sales duties with travel expectations.
Requirements
Hunter role requiring previous experience selling similar business process optimization technology.
Previous experience researching a marketplace for target opportunities and making initial connections with those companies.
3 or more years of closing experience with a technology or professional services company, preferably with a business process optimization (BPO) product or platform.
Experience working with SaaS software products with a $50k+ APR deal size.
Strong experience and demonstration of working with a well-managed CRM system as part of day-to-day activities.
Formal sales training experience with a recognized methodology preferred.
Ability to work independently from a home office and manage your time wisely.
Ability to work effectively within a virtual sales environment and demonstrate knowledge of video meeting technology.
Willingness/ability to travel (travel expectations stated).
