Technical Program Manager

• Lead internal AI initiatives from concept through execution, including use case discovery, pilot coordination, rollout planning, and adoption tracking

Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering

Software Engineer

• Own the setup, maintenance, and day-to-day reliability of in-office AV systems, conference rooms, and collaboration tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AV support during meetings, internal events, and other high-visibility moments.
• Design, standardize, and document reliable conference room and hybrid collaboration experiences across Vanta offices.
• Plan, test, and operate AV for internal events such as all-hands, exec meetings, offsites, and hybrid events.

Support Engineer

• Provide technical support to our customers through our available channels (email, screen sharing and chat) with timely responses and resolutions to their inquiries within the established SLAs
• Master Vanta’s product, learning the ins, outs, ‘work-arounds’ and ‘don’t-do-thats’
• Explain complex solutions in simplified terms to customers, while documenting solutions for scale
• Problem solve and troubleshoot for customers in a repeatable manner, building using Support CRM to track & identify trends

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of 2—250 accounts in the up to 10 employees segment
• Proactively reach out to customers 60-90 days prior to renewal dates
• Manage on average 10-15 renewals per month, with fluctuation based on quarterly cycles
• Navigate standard MSA contracts including auto-renewal clauses and 10% year-over-year uplifts
• Accurately forecast renewal outcomes and maintain forecasting hygiene in Salesforce/Clarity

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and integration deep dives aligned to customer use cases and success criteria.
• Act as the primary technical advisor during the evaluation process, addressing technical objections, competitive comparisons, and solution fit.
