- Role responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery; establish plans; lead agile ceremonies; coordinate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders; communicate progress; promote best practices; define success metrics; governance.\n
- Must have qualifications: 8+ years in delivery or program management; cross-functional leadership; detailed plans; executive presence; strong communication and problem-solving; client-facing experience; Agile/Scrum tools.\n
- Nice to have qualifications: data engineering/analytics programs; AI/ML initiatives; translate between tech and business; Bachelor’s degree.\n

Requirements
- 8 + years of experience in delivery, project management, or program management\n
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and complex delivery efforts\n
- Strong experience building and managing detailed project plans\n
- Executive presence and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders\n
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\n
- Experience in client-facing environments, ideally in consulting or agency roles\n
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
