💰 $170,000 - $190,000 per year
About the role
- Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for GROW high-impact tutoring and AI solutions to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Lead execution of high-impact campaigns across events, regional dinners, sponsorships, press, thought leadership, and paid media
- Partner with SDRs and AEs to improve lead quality and outbound performance; manage email content and sequences in SaleLoft
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to build repeatable, scalable campaign playbooks
- Ensure marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, SalesLoft, etc.) are supporting needs
- Manage one direct report (Senior Product Marketing Manager)
- Own marketing funnel reporting in partnership with Sales
- Report to the Chief Revenue Officer
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5 years in B2B EdTech marketing and/or enterprise marketing
- Deep understanding of the K-12 landscape and district decision-making process
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action (comfortable leading, building, and doing)
- Strong verbal and written communicator able to influence cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to execute campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments and comfort with ambiguity
- Attention to detail is critical (applicants asked to respond to application questions)
- Experience with marketing tools/platforms: HubSpot, Canva, SalesLoft (and managing email content/sequences in SalesLoft)
- Experience managing direct reports
