About the role
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the brand’s values, grooming standards, and customer-first attitude
- Perform scheduled cabin treatments and provide after-sales support to build lasting client relationships
- Offer personalized skincare consultations and recommendations
- Support sales through storytelling and client engagement
- Learn and apply product knowledge, including features, benefits, and application techniques
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and ensure product availability
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate use of POS systems and adherence to retail procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English

- Cabin treatment execution and spa service delivery
- Strong communication and storytelling ability

- Beautician or Esthetician diploma/certification is a must
- Previous experience in a similar luxury retail or spa position
