About the role

  • Architect and optimize AI-powered talent systems end-to-end using automation and analytics
  • Lead dynamic workforce planning and partner with Finance on headcount models
  • Own searches for multiple high-impact roles and ensure right talent timing
  • Design onboarding journeys, performance enablement, and manager development systems
  • Run fast pilots and A/B tests for people systems and workflows
  • Build Valence’s talent intelligence engine and deliver predictive people analytics
  • Partner with CEO and VP on org design and culture-shaping projects

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in high-growth operations, consulting, or strategy roles (startup experience preferred)
  • Passion for leveraging AI to design workflows, automate processes, and reimagine operations
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes, complex workstreams with executive visibility
  • Strong communication and influence skills to align executives and build cross-team trust
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient operator able to thrive in ambiguity
  • Willingness to experiment, embrace feedback, and continuously evolve
  • Strong personal motivation to join and shape an early-stage, AI-first team
