About the role
- Architect and optimize AI-powered talent systems end-to-end using automation and analytics
- Lead dynamic workforce planning and partner with Finance on headcount models
- Own searches for multiple high-impact roles and ensure right talent timing
- Design onboarding journeys, performance enablement, and manager development systems
- Run fast pilots and A/B tests for people systems and workflows
- Build Valence’s talent intelligence engine and deliver predictive people analytics
- Partner with CEO and VP on org design and culture-shaping projects
Requirements
- 5–7 years in high-growth operations, consulting, or strategy roles (startup experience preferred)
- Passion for leveraging AI to design workflows, automate processes, and reimagine operations
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes, complex workstreams with executive visibility
- Strong communication and influence skills to align executives and build cross-team trust
- Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient operator able to thrive in ambiguity
- Willingness to experiment, embrace feedback, and continuously evolve
- Strong personal motivation to join and shape an early-stage, AI-first team
