Product Manager

• Own a strategic bet spanning multiple projects from concept through adoption, including its accountable metric
• Develop and evangelize the bet's strategy, build executive conviction, and defend recommendations under pressure
• Set the product taste bar by talking directly to customers, walking flows, and defining what great looks like
• Design workflows where AI performs analysis, prototyping, and synthesis, while establishing verification standards
• Write SQL and run analyses in Metabase and Amplitude
• Prototype in Claude, Devin, or Lovable when it is the fastest path to an answer
• Improve organizational shipping practices through planning rituals, post-launch reviews, prioritization loops, and addressing systemic bottlenecks
• Develop other product managers formally or informally
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering in a distributed, high-performing team
