About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a strategic bet spanning multiple projects from concept through adoption, including its accountable metric
Develop and evangelize the bet's strategy, build executive conviction, and defend recommendations under pressure
Set the product taste bar by talking directly to customers, walking flows, and defining what great looks like
Design workflows where AI performs analysis, prototyping, and synthesis, while establishing verification standards
Write SQL and run analyses in Metabase and Amplitude
Prototype in Claude, Devin, or Lovable when it is the fastest path to an answer
Improve organizational shipping practices through planning rituals, post-launch reviews, prioritization loops, and addressing systemic bottlenecks
Develop other product managers formally or informally
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering in a distributed, high-performing team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
Track record of owning multi-project, strategic bets end-to-end
Evidence of turning ambiguity into shipped outcomes
Ability to build executive conviction and deliver tough no's, including upward
History of shipping quickly on small teams and doing the work directly
Fluency with data, including pulling, modeling, and pressure-testing ideas
Daily, sophisticated use of AI in personal workflows, with awareness of hallucinations and other failure modes
Experience developing other product managers, formally or informally
Bonus: experience with conversational, LLM-powered, or agentic products
Bonus: experience selling into large enterprises
