About the role
- Oversee and enhance the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Manage the daily operations of the People Experience team, ensuring efficient processes.
- Supervise a People Experience Specialist, collaborating cross-functionally with teams.
- Oversee employee data in HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Partner with Payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits management.
- Maintain and update company policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR generalist, or related HR functions, with 1–2 years managing a direct report.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS/ATS), payroll processes, and employment compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems such as HiBob, TriNet, and Greenhouse.
