Business Development Rep

• Own and manage a defined sales territory across performance and health verticals
• Self-generate a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and marketing driven inbound opportunities
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations & oversee client trials
• Work full-cycle sales opportunities in partnership with Contracts and Client Success
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quota targets based on quantity of systems sold
• Accurately manage pipeline activity using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Represent VALD professionally at conferences, events, and industry meetings

• Build strong relationships with clients through online methods and occasionally face-to-face.
• Identify client support needs and opportunities for growth.
• Online client presentations using Microsoft Teams.
• Regular activity tracking and reporting, using SaaS applications – HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Email.
• Manage multiple assignments and support requests simultaneously while working independently or with other team members.

Client Success Manager

• Manage organizational processes for effective workflows
• Oversee logistics related to procurement
• Provide administrative support to departments
• Collect and analyze operational data
• Assist in project planning and execution
• Facilitate communication across departments
