Technical Support Representative
VALDTechnical Support Representative providing world-class client support for VALD Technologies. Becoming a product expert and supporting customers with technical inquiries across various channels.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide world class support to our expanding client base.
- Work closely with our product and success teams.
- Become a product expert across the entire VALD suite, knowing our systems inside-out.
- Diagnose and resolve issues via phone and email.
- Liaise with the VALD team across the world to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
- A high degree of customer empathy.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and independently.
- Full working rights in the USA, and no restrictions to travel to the VALD HQ in Australia for your onboarding.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
- Experience in a similar technical/client support role.
- Availability to work an offset workweek, including weekends or non-standard hours.
