• Acting as a main point of contact for HR-related inquiries for all our employees and team leads;
• Responding to, and processing of, all incoming email in our HR-mailbox;
• Handle and process parental leave and other leave-related questions;
• Manage IND procedures for highly skilled migrants and occasionally assist with the 30% ruling.
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to new hires, collect employee information for onboarding, and process all details in our internal HR system.
