About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a reliable advisor throughout their transformation journey
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including data and AI, using emerging technologies and innovative solutions
Manage projects, including daily client engagement, planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
Manage and coach senior consultants, providing guidance, support and feedback on work and professional development
Shape, prepare and lead client workshops
Prepare fact-based reports with compelling storylines, including board-level reporting
Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices, standards, regulations and technology advancements
Recommend and oversee integration of new technologies and systems to optimize the IT operating model and business performance
Conduct Enterprise Architecture assessments of clients’ IT landscapes, processes and technologies
Identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement areas for target Enterprise Architecture roadmaps
Guide clients on buy-versus-build strategies and vendor or partner selection
Define future-state architectures, actionable roadmaps and transformative IT strategies
Set up architecture functions and governance structures
Identify quick wins and long-term improvements
Lead and mentor consulting teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting
Relevant experience in IT and digital strategy, IT target operating model, Enterprise Architecture and/or IT and digital transformation
Proven track record of leading and managing teams
In-depth understanding of IT trends, emerging technologies, industry standards, best practices and digital innovation
Strong business acumen and ability to align IT strategies with organizational goals
Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex situations and recommending effective solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and navigate complex organizational structures
Expert view or thought leadership on architecture topics and/or tooling
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF are a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English
Located in the Netherlands
