About the role

  • Research markets, identify potential partners, and spot strategic partnership opportunities
  • Support the Strategic Partnerships Manager in nurturing relationships and assisting with pilot deals
  • Assist in outreach efforts to prospective partners, craft pitches, and support presentations
  • Coordinate partnership deal flow: schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and maintain partner records in CRM systems
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (marketing, product, sales, operations) to ensure long-term partnership success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market and adoption strategies for new partnerships
  • Provide market insights by staying current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership best practices
  • Deliver operational and project management support for the Partnerships team
  • Project Management (50%): coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting, ensure partnership integrations and campaigns execute smoothly
  • Client Collaboration (30%): build and nurture partner relationships, lead calls/demos/kickoff meetings, act as day-to-day point of contact, collect feedback and ensure client success
  • Strategic Initiatives (20%): identify new markets/verticals, develop go-to-market strategies and co-branded initiatives, align with leadership on long-term growth goals, evaluate competitive landscape and refine positioning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management (SaaS or tech ecosystem experience preferred)
  • Project management experience is required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work across functions and with external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and CRM tools (experience a plus)
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market insights
  • Passion for the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and a collaborative mindset
