Identify and onboard relevant influencers, student leaders, educators, and niche creators across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with emphasis on India.
Manage full lifecycle of influencer campaigns: outreach, contract negotiation, content approval, execution, and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with FTC (US) and ASCI (India) guidelines for sponsored content and disclosures.
Build and maintain a tiered database of influencers across UWorld product verticals (NCLEX, USMLE, SAT/ACT, CPA, CFA, NEET UG/PG, CMA).
Identify and secure partnerships with exam prep aggregator and review websites and scale affiliate relationships to maximize referral traffic and conversions.
Collaborate on co-branded content, guest blogs, webinars, and review placements to strengthen organic visibility and referral traffic.
Support and engage with student communities on Reddit, Quora, Discord, and exam-specific forums to build brand loyalty and gather insights.
Collaborate with influencers to host live Q&As, webinars, and student panels to foster engagement.
Monitor student sentiment, gather feedback, and analyze competitor positioning through community channels.
Create and execute an annual influencer & partnerships roadmap aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
Track KPIs to demonstrate ROI, provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to leadership, and monitor competitor influencer strategies.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital partnerships, preferably within the edtech industry or a digital marketing agency.
Strong knowledge of the global exam prep and education influencer landscape, with proven track record in both the US and India.
Demonstrated success in negotiating influencer and affiliate deals that deliver measurable ROI.
Expertise in FTC (US) and ASCI (India) guidelines for influencer disclosures and marketing compliance.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, or similar) is a plus.
Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in SEO, content, paid media, and product.
