• Provide feasibility and costs to UserTesting customers and internal teams (on Zendesk, Monday.com, Google Sheets and Jeera)
• Prepare pricing and feasibility sheets for customers
• Make sure customers are charged correctly (on Salesforce)
• Work within our data and security guidelines
• Consult with internal teams to understand the business objective on a client’s recruitment needs
