Affiliate Manager

• Serve as the primary post-sale value partner for a portfolio of customer accounts
• Help customers define success with UserTesting and develop adoption plans aligned to their business goals
• Drive platform adoption, repeat usage, workflow integration, and broader organizational engagement
• Advise customers on research and insights best practices, methodology selection, and workflow integration
• Translate research concepts into practical guidance for stakeholders with varying levels of research experience
• Partner closely with Account Executives on account planning, renewals, value reviews, and expansion opportunities
• Identify customer risks related to adoption, engagement, or value realization and proactively recommend solutions
• Connect customers to the appropriate internal resources, including Support, Product, Finance, Enablement, and Professional Services teams
• Maintain customer engagement insights and documentation using tools such as Planhat, Gong, and Salesforce

Insights Partner

• lead the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, and Canada
• manage annual benefits enrollment processes and partner with external vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and internal governance standards
• serve as a subject matter expert for regional benefits programs
• lead participation in compensation surveys
• maintain salary structures and pay ranges
• support annual compensation planning cycles
• develop compensation tools and dashboards
• conduct pay equity analyses
• manage relationships with benefits vendors
• partner with cross-functional stakeholders on Total Rewards initiatives
• maintain data integrity within Workday and support analytics

Backend Engineer

• Build and maintain backend services and internal tools that support engineering workflows
• Contribute to CI/CD systems and improvements to how software is built and deployed
• Identify and help address friction in the development lifecycle through automation
• Work with experienced DX engineers to deliver platform improvements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand needs and improve developer experience
• Support AI-enabled improvements in developer workflows where useful

Backend Engineer – Internal Tools

Artificial Intelligence

• Define and evolve UserTesting’s internal AI strategy, aligned to company priorities and long-term growth
• Establish and drive an annual AI roadmap, partnering with executive and functional leaders to prioritize investments and align on tradeoffs
• Lead enterprise AI governance, including cross-functional alignment with Legal, Security, and IT, and oversight of the AI Governance Council
• Define and enforce standards for how AI tools are evaluated, deployed, and scaled—reducing duplication and enabling consistent adoption
• Drive progress of the internal AI portfolio in partnership with functional leaders, ensuring alignment, removing blockers, and tracking measurable business impact (e.g., efficiency, quality, cost, decision speed)
• Translate AI capabilities into real operating model changes, including workflows, roles, and processes
• Manage enterprise AI investment and allocate resources across tools, partners, and internal development
• Lead and deploy a small technical team to design and build solutions for high-priority, cross-functional AI initiatives and use cases where dedicated functional capacity does not exist
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and contribute to Board-level discussions on AI strategy and progress
