Business Development Representative
UserTestingBusiness Development Representative driving growth for UserTesting through customer engagement. Collaborating with Account Executives to identify opportunities and develop relationships in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities within assigned target accounts and territories
- Proactively engage prospective customers through phone, email, and other outreach channels
- Execute an account-based go-to-market strategy in partnership with Account Executives
- Build trusted relationships with prospects by understanding their business challenges and goals
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and support pipeline development
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
- Represent the company professionally as a first point of contact for prospective customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience engaging with customers or prospects in a sales, business development, or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to uncover customer needs
- Motivated self-starter with a strong interest in building a career in sales
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and confidently navigate objections
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
