About the role
- Our in-house AI Customer Support Agent
- We're building out in-house AI for an elevated and efficient customer support experience. Solutions will be automated or surfaced for top, easy issues, with ability to escalate to our existing 24/7 customer support center.
- You'll design this feature from 0-1 with an AI team of mixed levels (new to AI, and very experienced).
Requirements
- AI experience required. Designed for / shipped previous AI feature(s), preferably at an AI company.
- Autonomously advocate for real user needs, business strategy, and a consistent and easeful experience for users throughout the whole product lifecycle process.
- Explain pros / cons of ideas based on research, user data, or other reasoning. Vocal on strategy, biz acumen, and empathy for users. Estimate design time when tasked on multiple projects.
- Autonomously ship your work from 0 - 1 with high bar for IA, UX, UI, final visuals.
