Product Designer

• We're building out in-house AI for an elevated and efficient customer support experience. Solutions will be automated or surfaced for top, easy issues, with ability to escalate to our existing 24/7 customer support center.
• You'll design this feature from 0-1 with an AI team of mixed levels (new to AI, and very experienced).

Content Marketing Manager

• Lead US Mobile’s content vision and strategy across written and video formats.
• Shape and deliver ideas for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Create and manage content that inspires customers, drives engagement, and boosts conversions.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendar to support campaigns and product launches.
• Own end-to-end content programs: concept, production, distribution, and performance optimization.
• Create and oversee multi-format content including blogs, videos, email, and social media, ensuring on-brand storytelling.
• Partner closely with growth, product, and design teams for consistent messaging and execution.
• Use data and insights to inform strategy and define/track KPIs measuring impact on awareness, conversion, and growth.
• Establish scalable processes, workflows, and content guidelines; explore innovative formats and distribution platforms.

Backend Engineer

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Golang, Python (Flask, Django), or Java (Spring Boot or related web frameworks)
• Design and implement asynchronous service communication using RabbitMQ or AWS SQS/SNS
• Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB for data modeling and storage
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and scalable features
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code with unit and integration tests
• Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and performance tuning

• We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our growing engineering team as we scale from 14 to 24 developers. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’ll architect and build fast, accessible, and elegant web and mobile applications used by nearly 1 million subscribers across Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. You\'ll join as the most senior Brand IC to push this bar higher, define our brand guidelines, and create assets potentially seen on a Superbowl Ad, commercials, social media, etc.
