About the role
- Lead US Mobile’s content vision and strategy across written and video formats.
- Shape and deliver ideas for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Create and manage content that inspires customers, drives engagement, and boosts conversions.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendar to support campaigns and product launches.
- Own end-to-end content programs: concept, production, distribution, and performance optimization.
- Create and oversee multi-format content including blogs, videos, email, and social media, ensuring on-brand storytelling.
- Partner closely with growth, product, and design teams for consistent messaging and execution.
- Use data and insights to inform strategy and define/track KPIs measuring impact on awareness, conversion, and growth.
- Establish scalable processes, workflows, and content guidelines; explore innovative formats and distribution platforms.
Requirements
- Experience working on consumer facing technology.
- Experience developing and driving content strategy and editorial calendars to support campaigns and product launches.
- Experience owning end-to-end content marketing programs from concept through production, distribution, and optimization.
- Experience creating and overseeing multi-format content, including blogs, videos, email, and social media.
- Ability to partner closely with growth, product, and design teams to maintain consistent messaging.
- Ability to use data and insights to shape strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Ability to define and track KPIs to measure awareness, conversion, and growth.
- Experience establishing scalable processes, workflows, and content guidelines.
- Familiarity with innovative formats such as short-form video and interactive content.
