Director

• Develop, lead and continuously scale US Mobile’s privacy operations worldwide, partnering with corporate and operational leadership to ensure a best-in-class privacy program.
• Own and manage US Mobile’s privacy policies, procedures, controls, documentation, and internal guidance in collaboration with Legal, Cybersecurity, and relevant compliance stakeholders.
• Update and maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) to ensure compliance with applicable global privacy regulations.
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs, including foundational training, role-based modules, and ongoing educational initiatives.
• Champion a strong culture of privacy across the organization through direct engagement with product, engineering, marketing, and operational teams.
• Lead privacy reviews for new and updated products and services; prepare privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) in partnership with business teams.
• Advise on privacy disclosures and customer choices across US Mobile’s digital experiences, including web, mobile apps, and customer-facing platforms.
• Coordinate with teams responsible for website content and customer experiences involving privacy considerations (e.g., cookies, privacy center content, support documentation).
• Own and manage privacy rights request processes and supporting tools in compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Partner closely with Customer Support and Operations teams to ensure privacy-related inquiries are tracked, handled efficiently, and resolved consistently.
• Lead privacy compliance reviews and develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage automation, AI systems, and advanced tooling to improve privacy operations and scalability.
• Drive effective use of privacy management tools, data platforms, and project/reporting systems to enable data-driven privacy operations.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Legal, People Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to align on US Mobile’s privacy goals and execution strategies.

• Establish the Trust Layer: Design and deploy robust voice biometric systems (Speaker Verification and Identification) to serve as the secure entry point for our voice ecosystem.
• Anti-Spoofing & Security: Develop advanced liveness detection and anti-cloning models to protect against deepfakes and synthetic audio attacks.
• Architect Voice AI Agents: Lead the long-term transition toward autonomous Voice Agents by integrating Biometrics with ASR, TTS, NLU and LLMs.
• Pipeline Innovation: Build end-to-end low-latency pipelines that process streaming audio, enabling fluid, real-time "human-in-the-loop" or fully autonomous interactions.
• LLM Integration: Explore and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and "Speech-to-Speech" architectures to give our voice agents contextual memory and reasoning capabilities.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize models for accuracy (minimizing FAR/FRR) and latency, ensuring the agent responds with sub-second "Time to First Token."

• Own the roadmap, metrics, and execution for all device and marketplace initiatives.
