About the role
- Lead complex software projects from start to finish
- Define scope, timelines, resources—no gray areas
- Drive agile teams through sprints, standups, retros
- Manage Jira, Confluence, Airtable workflows daily
- Translate business needs into dev-ready specs
- Coordinate with product, QA, DevOps, and executives
- Track risks, remove blockers, and maintain team velocity
- Keep projects on track and teams shipping fast
- Work aligned to Pacific (PST) hours
Requirements
- Exceptional English written and oral skills
- 5+ years managing technical software projects
- Proven success leading agile/scrum teams
- Advanced Jira expertise for tracking and reporting
- Strong Confluence experience for documentation
- Hands-on Airtable project setup and management
- Must work Pacific hours / PST schedule (7–4 or 8–5 PST)
- PST Remote (must align to Pacific time)
- PMP or CSM certification (nice to have)
