About the role
- Build and scale the team according to product needs, hiring developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists
- Create effective collaboration processes and foster a strong team culture
- Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release and define/maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions and conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions
- Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables; plan, prioritize, and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence)
- Handle operational tasks required to support and scale the product and oversee product testing and quality assurance
- Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO); lead meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and results
- Support the product after launch: gather feedback, plan improvements, drive adoption, and monitor performance metrics to continuously optimize the product
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager in tech-driven companies
- Proven experience building and leading teams
- Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions
- Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Industry expertise in SaaS
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+
- Nice to have: Experience managing distributed or remote teams
- Nice to have: Technical background or software development experience
- Nice to have: Certifications (PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
