About the role

  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to build next-generation automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships that enable future account growth opportunities
  • Manage project stakeholders effectively, providing routine updates on progress while mitigating risks and dependencies
  • Implement appropriate project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, SDLC, hybrid, continuous integration) based on project requirements
  • Lead key client meetings alongside the UiPath account team to ensure service delivery aligns with strategic objectives and milestones are properly completed
  • Guide clients through the innovation lifecycle, clearly communicating the benefits of automation solutions
  • Create detailed project plans and monitor all aspects of the project lifecycle including scope, change, and release management
  • Provide escalation support to resolve project challenges efficiently

Requirements

  • Globally recognized Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing technology projects in areas such as RPA, large-scale software applications, end-user requirements, or software product development
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical projects to successful completion
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying (application asks this)
  • Nice-to-have: Advanced degree or extensive experience in RPA implementation
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working in a global, distributed team environment
  • Nice-to-have: Knowledge of UiPath platform and products
