Business Analyst

• Conducting comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives.
• Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking purposes.
• Collecting and prioritizing the product requirements from stakeholders and the focus groups.
• Developing detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation to outline product features and functionalities.
• Identifying and addressing gaps in current products and processes.
• Working with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.
• Providing technical support to internal sales, operations units, and partner engineering teams.
• Participating in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions.
• Creating technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for clients.
• Managing internal knowledge transfer and conducting product demonstrations to stakeholders.

Project Manager

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle: from building and scaling a team to delivering a full product release.
• Shape the roadmap, hire talent, and work closely with UI/UX.
• Drive all operational tasks required to achieve business goals.
• Build and scale the team according to product needs.
• Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists.
• Create effective collaboration processes and foster a strong team culture.
• Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release.
• Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout the development process.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions.
• Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product.
• Plan, prioritize, and track milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows.
• Maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Handle operational tasks required to support and scale the product.
• Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO) to align on product strategy.
• Lead regular meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and results.
• Oversee product testing and quality assurance.
• Support the product after launch: gather feedback, plan improvements, and drive adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the product.
