About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle: from building and scaling a team to delivering a full product release.
  • Shape the roadmap, hire talent, and work closely with UI/UX.
  • Drive all operational tasks required to achieve business goals.
  • Build and scale the team according to product needs.
  • Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists.
  • Create effective collaboration processes and foster a strong team culture.
  • Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release.
  • Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout the development process.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions.
  • Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product.
  • Plan, prioritize, and track milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows.
  • Maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Handle operational tasks required to support and scale the product.
  • Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO) to align on product strategy.
  • Lead regular meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and results.
  • Oversee product testing and quality assurance.
  • Support the product after launch: gather feedback, plan improvements, and drive adoption.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the product.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+
  • years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies.
  • Experience in fintech domain (e.g., payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB, card issuing, or similar areas) is required.
  • Proven experience building and leading teams.
  • Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
  • Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry expertise in SaaS.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate.
