About the role
- Lead retail marketing plans across major channels
- Manage campaigns from concept to in-store launch
- Build retailer partnerships (clear approvals, fast cycles)
- Track promotions, budgets, and ROI
- Coordinate creative assets with design and brand teams
- Support new product rollouts in retail
- Own campaigns from day one and follow through
Requirements
- 5+ years retail or trade marketing experience
- Proven success with national retail campaigns
- Strong data/ROI tracking skills
- Authorized to work in US
- Experience in oral care or CPG brands (nice to have)
- Background in shopper marketing (POS, displays) (nice to have)
