About the role
- Lead annual marketing planning for both offline and online channels, with a priority on in-store promotions tied to the U.S. store launch
- Develop and execute sales-driven in-store campaigns, seasonal events, and strategic category activation programs
- Plan and manage high-impact offline promotions (e.g., Olive Young Sale) and integrate with online campaigns for a cohesive customer experience
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and store teams to execute impactful in-store activations
- Develop promotional design briefs (SB) and review copy for all channels (in-store signage, landing pages, email, app push notifications, etc.)
- Establish and manage promotion budgets (e.g., coupons, points, gift events, in-store giveaways), allocate funds, and monitor cost efficiency
- Build and manage partnerships with local brands, influencers, and community organizations to boost in-store traffic and sales
- Identify opportunities to improve offline activation processes and online promotional systems
- Propose innovative in-store experiences and service enhancements to increase conversion and dwell time
- Review briefs, test improvements, and provide feedback to HQ and internal teams
- Develop standard operating procedures for integrated offline/online event execution
- Analyze offline and online promotional performance, sales impact, and ROI
- Track U.S. beauty retail trends, competitor promotions, and seasonal consumer behaviors to inform campaign planning
- Use customer and sales data to generate insights, form hypotheses, and test strategies for higher promotional efficiency
- Report post-event performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns
- Create and execute omni-channel customer engagement strategies (email, app push, in-store touchpoints)
- Align campaign messaging and timing across both online and offline channels
- Develop tailored campaigns for specific customer segments, leveraging loyalty programs and local community outreach
- Measure and optimize campaigns using A/B testing, foot traffic tracking, and conversion analysis
Requirements
- Proven 5+ years of experience in offline/in-store-driven marketing or omni-channel promotion planning in the U.S. market
- Strong track record in sales-oriented promotion execution, category activation, and campaign management
- Bilingual in English/Korean (Korean: business-level proficiency)
- Preferred: Experience in U.S. beauty retail, health & beauty (H&B), or lifestyle consumer goods industries
- Familiarity with both retail floor operations and e-commerce promotion strategies
- Experience with store launch marketing or large-scale seasonal event planning
