About the role
- Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments
- Take inbound calls from members (mostly Spanish)
- Enter accurate notes into scheduling system
- Follow up on missed or rescheduled visits
- Ensure every call ends with a clear next step
- Flag urgent issues to supervisors quickly
- Use phone, CRM, and scheduling tools to manage appointments
Requirements
- Call center experience
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Must live in Puerto Rico
- Able to work PST hours from Puerto Rico
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
