01 Proven experience in a customer facing role
01 A passion for providing exceptional customer service
01 English proficiency
01 Ability to create a welcoming environment on all phone calls
01 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
01 Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
01 Strong internet, speed must be a minimum of 50 Mbps
01 Proficiency in Google Suite
01 A willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
01 Experience in similar role
