• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, position expectations, competencies, and recruitment strategy
• Develop, review, and tailor job advertisements before posting
• Source passive and active candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels
• Review applications, conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates, and prepare interview summaries and hiring recommendations
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and maintain communication throughout recruitment
• Coordinate interview feedback and next steps to prevent hiring delays
• Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers, candidate notes, and requisition documentation

• Lead administration of self-funded medical, dental, vision, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs
• Manage relationships with TPAs, PBMs, stop-loss carriers, brokers, consultants, and other benefits vendors
• Monitor healthcare claims utilization, identify trends, evaluate high-cost claims, and recommend cost-containment strategies
• Oversee stop-loss renewals, reimbursements, contracts, and vendor performance
• Evaluate benefit plan performance and recommend enhancements
• Develop and implement wellness and population health initiatives
• Administer compensation philosophy, salary structures, market pricing, and pay practices
• Conduct compensation analyses and recommend salary adjustments, new positions, promotions, retention initiatives, and incentive programs

• Coordinate compliance reporting, audits, plan documentation, filings, and employee communications
• Partner with Finance on claims trends, reserve funding, premium equivalents, and benefits budgets
• Analyze healthcare utilization, compensation, and workforce data for executive decision-making
• Develop executive dashboards and recommend Total Rewards strategies

Benefits & Total Rewards Manager

Care Navigator

• The Oncology Quality & Care Pathways Navigator serves as the clinical quality resource for the Oncology Service Line
• Partners with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy, infusion services, and ancillary departments to promote evidence-based, high-quality cancer care
• Performs comprehensive chart reviews, monitors adherence to National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines and organizational treatment pathways, identifies gaps in care, evaluates medications and supportive therapies, and validates documentation
• Collaborates directly with providers to improve patient outcomes
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and ensures timely, coordinated, patient-centered care.

Oncology Quality & Care Pathways Navigator

Manager

• Lead the day-to-day administration of the organization's self-funded medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for third-party administrators (TPA), pharmacy benefit managers (PBM), and other benefits vendors.
• Monitor healthcare claims utilization and recommend cost-containment strategies.
• Oversee stop-loss coverage, reimbursements, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Develop and implement wellness and population health initiatives.
• Administer the organization's compensation philosophy and salary structures.
• Conduct compensation analyses and recommend salary adjustments and incentive programs.
• Configure benefit plans and optimize HRIS functionality to eliminate manual processes.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations.
• Partner with Finance to review monthly premium equivalents and budgeting.

Senior Total Rewards Manager

General

• Process incoming referrals from Fibro/eHealthy, LeadingReach, and Phreesia platforms.
• Receive, review, accept, process, schedule, and close referrals accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule patient appointments within the NextGen EMR system according to provider preferences and scheduling guidelines.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information in the NextGen EMR system.
• Communicate internally by sending messages and tasks through the NextGen EMR system.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service when interacting with patients.
• Follow established scheduling protocols to ensure patients are scheduled appropriately.
• Assist with inbound phone calls during periods of high call volume.
