About the role
- Serve as a liaison between Finance and Supply Chain Operational teams.
- Support Global Supply Chain Transportation teams with analytics and financial schedules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Brand Operational and Finance teams and Supply Chain, Corporate and Shared Service teams.
- Participate and support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
- Audit and monitor Supply Chain and financial information systems to support analyses.
- Maintain, create and distribute financial reporting and analyses from the freight audit and payment system.
- Support and maintain Supply Chain Finance processes and internal controls; provide training/SOPs.
- Partner with Transportation/Brand Ops and Finance on projects and strategies.
- Analyze actual results and explain variances vs budget and prior year; prepare board-level materials and monthly KPI schedules.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by Supply Chain, Brand and Corporate Finance teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Finance experience, including variation analyses and other related P&L/BS reporting is preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity with distribution, transportation, and manufacturing operations is a plus.
- Experience in financial modeling and application of budgeting techniques.
- Ability to effectively interpret financial results and derive alternative insights.
- Excellent skills in MSOffice – Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal) with ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; critical thinker.
