About the role
- Support the end-to-end execution of SMS campaigns, including creative briefs, QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Lead the implementation of segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and retention.
- Track and report on key metrics (CTR, conversion, revenue attribution, and file health) to identify trends.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and MarTech teams to align campaigns with brand priorities.
- Stay informed on email/SMS best practices and emerging personalization tactics.
- Perform QA testing to ensure flawless rendering across devices and email clients.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience; retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Attentive or similar SMS platform; knowledge of Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for improving customer experience.
