About the role

  • Own upper and mid funnel paid social campaign strategy, implementation, and optimization across platforms (including Meta, Pinterest) for consideration and awareness objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to support acquisition, retention, and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic growth, impression volume, and customer acquisition.
  • Create a test and learn strategy for in-house and influencer creative across product, division, and category levels.
  • Partner with creative and influencer teams to brief creative needs based on business goals and platform best practices.
  • Develop and implement testing frameworks for creative, audience, and bidding strategies, translating results into actionable learnings.
  • Recommend budget reallocations based on performance trends and business needs.
  • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, and leadership teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities, promotional calendars, and brand moments.
  • Manage, mentor, and support a Paid Social Coordinator in execution, testing, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience executing or developing paid social marketing strategies and tactics – retail experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of audience creation and paid social platform algorithms.
  • Experience working with creative teams and understanding of creative best practices by social platform.
  • Experience running partnership ads and creator content at a paid capacity.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Must have budget management experience
  • Experience analyzing channel results and laddering channel insights up to business goals.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
  • Experience working with Feedonomics or similar product feed management systems.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
