About the role
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web
- Support the planning and scheduling of content for UO’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital assets that align with brand voice and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards
- Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform campaign strategy and content direction
- Help manage influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives in partnership with the brand marketing team
- Stay current on digital trends, Gen Z culture, and emerging platforms to keep UO ahead of the curve
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Fashion, or a related field
- Prefer 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Must be an exceptional collaborator, with demonstrated success working in an integrated cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to an executive-level audience translating data into insights.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand alignment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fashion, youth culture, and the Urban Outfitters brand
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce and email platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
