Social Media & Content Specialist – Multi-Brand

Administration

• Administer Major Works projects and support the Survey, Urang Building Ltd, and 10-Year Plan teams.
• Ensure all Major Works projects comply with Section 20 consultation processes, including: Preparing and issuing Notices of Intent (NOI), Statements of Estimates (SOE), and other consultation letters.
• Monitoring consultation deadlines to mitigate risk of challenge.
• Supporting Project Managers to ensure consultation phases are completed correctly and on time.
• Liaise with Property Managers and clients to gather approvals and funding requirements.
• Assist Project Managers with inviting contractors to tender for Major Works projects.
• Support invoicing: verify valuations, issue invoices via Xero, log approvals, and liaise with accounts for payment.
• Provide administrative support to the Major Works team, assisting the Head of Major Works, Operations Manager, and Project Managers.
• Maintain Major Works spreadsheets, prepare tender analyses, and oversee Section 20 paperwork for ‘admin only’ and ‘externally managed’ projects.

Major Works Administrator

Accountant

• Prepare accruals, prepayments and trial balances for levy/service‑charge funds
• Prepare annual accounts (leasehold / company accounts) in line with international standards
• Liaise with external auditors and accountants
• Engage with clients and property managers to resolve queries and ensure accurate cost allocation of levies/contributions
• Manage year‑end surplus/deficit for lessee/owner accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor levy and ground‑demand accounts
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and monitor unpaid supplier invoices
• Support credit control function with levy arrears collection
• Draft long‑term budgets (including 10‑year plans) for schemes
• Process supplier invoices and monitor outstanding payments

Senior Service Charge Accountant – Property Management

• Review and respond to formal leaseholder correspondence, including letters and complaints.
• Assist property managers in drafting responses regarding disputes, service charge queries and management issues.
• Support preparation of documentation for RTM and FTT matters.
• Conduct basic legal and regulatory research related to UK property management.
• Prepare professional written responses to solicitors, leaseholders and other parties.
• Compile documentation for tribunal cases or potential disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and legal-related matters.
• Work closely with property managers to ensure consistent communication and appropriate handling of contentious matters.
• Monitor ongoing disputes and track deadlines.
• Assist in preparing summaries and reports for senior management where disputes escalate.
