• Plan and schedule engineer and contractor workloads to maximise productivity and daily revenue generation.
• Ensure works are allocated efficiently to minimise travel time, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance against revenue and completion targets.
• Review fire door and compartmentation surveys and prepare quotations for remedial works.
• Follow up quotations to secure client approval and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Arrange access, schedule approved works and monitor projects through to completion.
• Ensure certification, photographic evidence and compliance documentation are obtained and correctly recorded.
• Raise invoices promptly following completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage difficult conversations, complaints and project challenges professionally.
• Track project progress and identify delays before they impact delivery.

Fire Safety Compliance Coordinator – Fire Doors, Compartmentation

Administration

• Upload and maintain insurance documents and records on internal systems
• Update and manage master spreadsheets, databases and reporting tools using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure all policy information is accurate, complete and up to date
• Liaise with clients, brokers and insurers regarding documentation and policy information
• Track policy renewals and support administrative requirements
• Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure records are easily accessible
• Assist with data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Support the insurance team with general administrative duties
• Prepare reports and provide updates on outstanding documentation

Insurance Administrator – Property Management

• Manage and monitor health & safety tasks, risks, remedial works and compliance actions across multiple property portfolios.
• Track outstanding actions, ageing risks, contractor updates and overdue works to ensure timely completion and escalation where required.
• Coordinate with contractors, Property Managers and internal stakeholders to arrange access, obtain updates, manage approvals and drive action completion.
• Monitor portfolio-wide compliance deadlines and ensure all required follow-ups are actioned proactively.
• Support onboarding of new properties into compliance and operational systems.

Health & Safety Support Administrator – Property Management

Communications

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and templates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Conduct research and perform basic data analysis to identify marketing opportunities and trends.
• Draft clear and engaging content, including emails and communications, tailored to different stakeholder groups.
• Support the planning and coordination of industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Build an understanding of client needs to support improved engagement and communication strategies.
