About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and schedule engineer and contractor workloads to maximise productivity and daily revenue generation.
Ensure works are allocated efficiently to minimise travel time, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance against revenue and completion targets.
Review fire door and compartmentation surveys and prepare quotations for remedial works.
Follow up quotations to secure client approval and convert opportunities into revenue.
Arrange access, schedule approved works and monitor projects through to completion.
Ensure certification, photographic evidence and compliance documentation are obtained and correctly recorded.
Raise invoices promptly following completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage difficult conversations, complaints and project challenges professionally.
Track project progress and identify delays before they impact delivery.

Requirements

Strong organisational and scheduling ability.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret data, workloads, targets and project information.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong commercial awareness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy.

Confidence dealing with challenging clients and difficult situations.
