About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and schedule engineer and contractor workloads to maximise productivity and daily revenue generation.
- Ensure works are allocated efficiently to minimise travel time, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance against revenue and completion targets.
- Review fire door and compartmentation surveys and prepare quotations for remedial works.
- Follow up quotations to secure client approval and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Arrange access, schedule approved works and monitor projects through to completion.
- Ensure certification, photographic evidence and compliance documentation are obtained and correctly recorded.
- Raise invoices promptly following completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage difficult conversations, complaints and project challenges professionally.
- Track project progress and identify delays before they impact delivery.
Requirements
