About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Upload and maintain insurance documents and records on internal systems
  • Update and manage master spreadsheets, databases and reporting tools using Microsoft Excel
  • Ensure all policy information is accurate, complete and up to date
  • Liaise with clients, brokers and insurers regarding documentation and policy information
  • Track policy renewals and support administrative requirements
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure records are easily accessible
  • Assist with data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Support the insurance team with general administrative duties
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on outstanding documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within insurance, property management, or financial services
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including spreadsheets, formulas and data tracking
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or document management tools (advantageous).
