• The Member Experience (MX) Forecasting Analyst demonstrates expertise in demand forecasting, headcount planning, and resource allocation across a 24/7 support network.
• This role is also a key contributor to the development and implementation of contact center analytics processes and reporting to transform raw data into actionable business insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will be able to use data-driven insights to predict business needs, mitigate risks, and present actionable strategies to senior leadership.
• What you will do:
• Create forecasts for all support channels (phone, email, chat, messaging, social) across all lines of business and markets.
• Assist with short-term and long-term capacity planning efforts by translating forecasted volumes into actionable staffing requirements, ensuring service levels are met while optimizing resource utilization.
• Conduct what-if analysis and provide insight to Senior Leadership on impacts to staffing and budget.
• Analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and communicate key insights to stakeholders. Use business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel) to create visualizations and reports that inform decision-making.
• Prepare clear, concise, and actionable executive-level reports and presentations on forecast accuracy, trends, and resource requirements. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on forecast performance, insights, and any potential issues or risks.

Forecasting Analyst

AI Engineer

• Drive evaluation and model development within Oura’s AI Advisor and custom model initiatives
• Design and implement evaluation systems and tooling to validate Oura’s custom AI models and Advisor
• Develop novel evaluation methods to measure grounding, reliability, and actionability of LLM and agentic systems
• Build and optimize custom AI models through fine-tuning, knowledge distillation, and quantization

Senior AI Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own finance partnership with executive leadership across the Hardware and Software Engineering, Science, Product and Design functions, leading forecasting and budget planning, as well as evolving budget vs. actuals reporting to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with the GTM FP&A team to develop and implement a standardized investment evaluation framework across company-wide projects, ensuring expenses are aligned to strategic initiatives and providing ongoing reporting that drives accountability and improves executive visibility into how resources are being deployed.
• Consolidate financial inputs from the Product teams as well as cross-functional partners, integrating headcount, OpEx, and CapEx forecasts into comprehensive models and reports to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategic goals.
• Lead headcount forecasting for the R&D Product organization, ensuring alignment of hiring to approved plans and proactively advising leaders on trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.

• Provide strategic counsel on FDA oversight, regulatory submissions, and compliance strategies for biometric tracking, AI-driven diagnostics, real-world data applications, and health and wellness claims.
• Provide legal and regulatory oversight for clinical studies and evidence generation, including IRB approvals, informed consent, and compliance with FDA, Common Rule, EU MDR, and GDPR requirements for human subjects research, and retrospective studies.
• Oversee labeling and marketing compliance, ensuring that product claims align with legal requirements while maintaining competitive positioning, and advise on permissible health claims, ensuring compliance with FDA, FTC, and global consumer protection laws.
• Serve as a key legal advisor on regulatory enforcement matters, including FDA warning letters, FTC inquiries, and global regulatory audits.
