About the role

  • You will be a senior deal-maker, relationship-builder and strategist who turns our ecosystem partnership vision into reality. You’ll own the full partnership life-cycle, from sourcing and structuring deals to orchestrating flawless cross-functional execution with product, engineering, legal, and other relevant teams.
  • What you\'ll do: Source & qualify new strategic partnership opportunities across all key pillars of our product and ecosystem enhancing the value of Oura for our members.
  • Negotiate & close complex commercial agreements that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage.
  • Nourish & cultivate existing partnerships Oura has in place to make the most out of them in the long-term.
  • Rally the org—drive excitement and alignment across functions so launches land on time and exceed expectations.
  • Lead & mentor the partnerships squad as our headcount grows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in outward-facing commercial roles as an operator or a founder within health tech or health services, with a track record of closing high-impact deals.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert new markets or customer bases.
  • A robust network of decision-makers across health, wellness, and digital health ecosystems, and the credibility to leverage them.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams (both directly and in a matrix) toward ambitious commercial targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills: you translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for execs, partners, and cross-functional peers.
  • A driven, self-starting mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building from zero to one.
  • Experience with wearables, data-integration partnerships, or regulated health products.
  • Global deal experience (NA, EU, APAC) and familiarity with multi-market rollout playbooks.
  • Background in scaling partnership ops tools/processes for a lean team.
