Operations

• Support the daily monitoring of trade executions and order flows to help ensure client trades are processed accurately, on time, and in strict adherence to best execution policies.
• Assist the team in monitoring algorithmic trading flows and evaluating daily operational risks, helping to ensure our automated trading systems run smoothly and within defined risk parameters.
• Support the continuous monitoring of trading activities to assist in identifying potential market abuse scenarios. Help prepare data for regulatory compliance reporting (such as MiFIR, MAR, or Best Execution).
• Assist in managing and expanding our offered investment universe across various European and EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring new and existing assets align with local regulatory and operational requirements.
• Assist with the daily operational processes surrounding trading, including the execution handling for equities, mutual funds, and ELTIFs (European Long-Term Investment Funds).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations teams to assist with research and operational readiness for new brokerage product launches across different regions.
• Actively participate in team projects aimed at improving execution mechanisms, rectifying mistrades, and optimizing our internal trading infrastructure.

• Own and oversee the daily tax operations function and run the operational tax team
• Drive the operational execution of tax impacts for new products and client launches
• Oversee and participate in the execution of tax reporting processes across daily, monthly, and annual cycles
• Take full responsibility for the performance of automated tax reporting tools (e.g., CPB Sectras)
• Directly handle and resolve complex tax-related operational cases

• Partner with the Management to shape the organization’s trajectory through high-level risk forecasts, strategic insights, and policy refinement
• Oversee capital and liquidity adequacy while ensuring total alignment with BaFin and FCA standards and evolving industry benchmarks
• Implement data-driven assessment techniques and predictive models to improve the precision of our risk quantification and early-warning systems

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with all applicable supervisory and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the central point of contact for regulatory reporting topics within the company
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their timely and appropriate implementation in reporting processes
• Own the regulatory reporting calendar and reliably track deadlines and dependencies
