• You support the recording and review of invoices via Payhawk and Oracle NetSuite.
• You maintain invoice entries for all entities, both electronically and by mail.

Senior Account Manager, German-speaking

• Support the daily monitoring of trade executions and order flows to help ensure client trades are processed accurately, on time, and in strict adherence to best execution policies.
• Assist the team in monitoring algorithmic trading flows and evaluating daily operational risks, helping to ensure our automated trading systems run smoothly and within defined risk parameters.
• Support the continuous monitoring of trading activities to assist in identifying potential market abuse scenarios. Help prepare data for regulatory compliance reporting (such as MiFIR, MAR, or Best Execution).
• Assist in managing and expanding our offered investment universe across various European and EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring new and existing assets align with local regulatory and operational requirements.
• Assist with the daily operational processes surrounding trading, including the execution handling for equities, mutual funds, and ELTIFs (European Long-Term Investment Funds).

Product Manager

• You will empower millions to own their future by dismantling barriers to long term investments, reducing complexity and increasing access via familiar leading fintechs and financial institutions.
• Take a leading role in the transformation of Germany’s pension landscape with the launch of the Altersvorsorgedepot in January 2027.
• Expand the Upvest ecosystem by bringing localised solutions, unlocking the power of tax-efficient wrappers like the SIPP in the UK, PEA in France and beyond.
• Collaborate closely with your engineering counterparts to deliver client value in a decoupled and dynamic manner.

Product Manager – Pensions

• Own and oversee the daily tax operations function and run the operational tax team
• Drive the operational execution of tax impacts for new products and client launches
• Oversee and participate in the execution of tax reporting processes across daily, monthly, and annual cycles
• Take full responsibility for the performance of automated tax reporting tools (e.g., CPB Sectras)
• Directly handle and resolve complex tax-related operational cases
